Our machine shop is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. From 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning and full assembly services, Qualitask has the capability to meet your needs. With today's manufacturing supply chains demanding quality, responsive and competitively-priced machining services, we work with you through every process to ensure your part is manufactured to your requirements and specifications.

We maintain an approved supplier database for additional outside processes including plating, grinding, heat treating, EDM and welding. Our close relationship with our vendors ensures that your parts are treated with the same quality we're committed to providing you.

Since 1992

Founded in 1992, Qualitask has acquired knowledge and experience in providing value-added CNC machining services to various customers requiring quality components and sub-assemblies in the aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors.

We're configured to handle prototype, R&D and production machining requirements in small to medium lot sizes. From simple to complex configurations, we have experience machining a variety of raw materials — aluminum, stainless steels, titanium and plastics — and are able to hold tolerances up to ±0.005mm (0.0002″).

With over 30 years of experience, we know the importance of providing reliable machining services to ensure that your supply chain does not stop. Our team is focused on building long-term relationships with our customers.

Qualitask is a manufacturer of machined products from customer designs. Utilizing 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes, we provide machining services to customers in the aerospace, industrial equipment, and medical industries, along with ancillary supply-chain services including turnkey assemblies and inventory management to reduce lead times. Our goal is to challenge traditional manufacturing methods and revolutionize for the future.
